QB Sack Attack is one of the Dirty Tricks the players can use in Mutant Football League. It is available only to the defense.

Abilities
QB Sack Attack causes the defense to jump offside and attempt to kill the opposing quarterback by tackling him. Similar to Ref Attack with the quarterback as the target.
QB Sack Attack can be called straight out of the playbook or called as an audible at the line of scrimmage. If called out of the playbook, it will trigger when the ball is placed at its spot. If called as an audible, it will trigger immediately.
Counterplay
The quarterback can avoid death by running out of bounds before his opponents catch up. The defense can still kill the quarterback if they hit him during the late-hit window after he leaves the field of play. All players are also subject to injury and death from Field Hazards during the dirty trick.
Penalties
- If the quarterback died: 15 yards for unnecessary manslaughter.
- If the quarterback escaped: 10 yards for attempted homicide.
- The penalty can be negated if the sacking team has bribed the referee.

Description from the Official Game Manual:
The defense throws all rules of fairness and decency out the window and jumps across the line of scrimmage in an attempt to kill the opposing teams’ quarterback. The opposing quarterback can survive if he’s alert, and runs out of bounds before they can get to him. This play always results in a penalty on the defense.
